Med/Surg Tele RN - Day/Night Rotating Shifts

Schedule

Rotating shifts with a schedule of 3x12 hours. Day shifts run from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM, and night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM.

Job Description

We are seeking a Med/Surg Tele RN with a strong background in telemetry to provide excellent patient care in a hospital environment. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in medical-surgical telemetry nursing and be able to adapt to the operational needs of the facility.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a Med/Surg telemetry unit.
• Monitor and assess patients’ conditions, including ECG rhythm recognition.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements during patient care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 18 months recent Med/Surg telemetry experience.
• Permanent Ohio RN license or a compact state license in hand at the time of submission.
• ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications required.
• Previous charge experience preferred.
