Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team in the rehabilitation setting. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality rehabilitation services to patients, particularly in the geriatric and adult populations. The environment focuses on inpatient and acute rehabilitation including common diagnoses such as CVA, TBI, fractures, and cardiac conditions.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess patients' needs for rehabilitation.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments.
• Implement therapeutic treatment programs to improve patients' physical function.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current license as a Physical Therapist in California.
• Experience in inpatient rehabilitation or acute rehabilitation is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, flexible personality.
