Job Description

The Trauma ICU Registered Nurse will provide critical care to patients in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include managing ventilated patients, administering blood products, and performing ICP monitoring. A focus on teamwork and interdisciplinary collaboration is essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide care to patients in the Trauma ICU with a ratio of 1:2.
• Monitor and manage ventilated patients effectively.
• Administer and manage blood products.
• Conduct interventions based on dysrhythmia interpretation and management.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team for comprehensive patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an ICU setting, with preferred trauma experience.
• Current certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, PALS, TNCC.
• Experience with Epic charting system required.
• Travel experience is required.
• Previous charge experience is preferred.
