Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Medical Surgical Registered Nurse (MS RN) to join our team on night shifts. The role requires a qualified nurse with at least 1 year of inpatient medical-surgical experience and recent Epic charting experience. The nurse will be providing high-quality care to adult and geriatric patients, ensuring patient safety and comfort during their hospital stay.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a medical-surgical unit
• Manage a patient load of 1:6
• Utilize Epic charting system for documentation
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient care

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1 year of inpatient medical-surgical nursing experience
• Current BLS certification
• Recent Epic experience within the last 6 months is preferred
• Ability to adhere to safety protocols, including isolation precautions and PPE
