Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Acute Care Physical Therapist for a contract position. The ideal candidate will have experience in acute care settings and be prepared to assess and treat patients with various conditions.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with various acute conditions.
• Implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Educate patients and their families on rehabilitation exercises and procedures.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Acute Care settings.
• Valid State License required (Compact license must be in hand at submission).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
