Schedule

8-hour shifts, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday. Weekend and weekday call rotations; holiday call rotation as needed.

Job Description

The Operating Room Nurse / OR Tech position involves working in a fast-paced surgical environment. Ideal candidates will assist in a variety of surgical cases, including orthopedic and neurosurgical procedures, while ensuring patient safety and maintaining a sterile environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for surgery and assist the surgical team during operations.
• Manage patient care in compliance with safety protocols and standards.
• Maintain sterility and proper handling of instruments and supplies.
• Perform circulating duties and assist with room turnovers.
• Participate in weekend and weekday on-call rotations as required.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• 2-3 years of experience in the specialty required.
• 2-3 previous travel assignments preferred.
• Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS for RN's; BLS for OR Tech's; CST preferred.
• Ortho/Neuro experience is an advantage.
