CT Scan Technologist

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

PM Shift: 15:00 – 23:30, 5 × 8 hr shifts, 40 hrs/week.

Job Description

Performs CT procedures following the protocols established by the referring physicians or Radiologists. Operates CT scanner to produce cross-sectional anatomical images of consistent optimal quality. Operates CT equipment in a safe and appropriate manner, following established safety guidelines.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
• Graduate from a two-year AMA-approved radiologic technology program Required
• General experience and knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy Required
• General experience as a CT Scan Technologist Preferred
• Reg Technologist (R) Required
• Basic Life Support Required
• Reg Technologist (R) (CT) Preferred
