Schedule

10-hour shifts from 8:00 AM to 6:15 PM, Monday through Friday; hours may vary due to department needs.

Job Description

Join our outpatient multidisciplinary department that specializes in physical, occupational, and speech language pathology. We offer a range of specialty therapies, including Certified Hand Therapy (CHT), wound care, lymphedema management, vestibular therapy, aquatics, sports rehabilitation, Parkinson's therapy, and Modified Barium Swallow (MBS) and Fiberoptic Endoscopic Evaluation of Swallowing (FEES) studies.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality outpatient rehabilitation services.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop patient care plans.
• Conduct assessments and implement appropriate therapeutic interventions.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Educate patients and their families about treatment goals and home care strategies.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience is required.
• Current AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
• Lymphedema certification is required.
