Day shift - Will work 10-hour shifts between the hours of 6 AM and 7 PM, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Job Description

The Invasive Cardiology RN will be a critical member of a dynamic team within an advanced Invasive Cardiology unit, which includes 4 dedicated Cardiac Catheterization Labs and 2 Electrophysiology labs. The unit completes over 6,000 procedures annually and provides advanced cardiovascular treatments.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care for patients undergoing cardiac procedures.
• Assist with complex coronary and structural heart procedures.
• Monitor patients pre and post procedure.
• Ensure the safety and comfort of patients during their stay.
• Collaborate with cardiology and electrophysiology teams to deliver the best patient outcomes.
• Be available for minimal on-call duties as needed.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a relevant field.
• Current certifications: ACLS and BLS.
• Epic electronic health record (EHR) experience required.
