Job Description

The GHR Program Manager will play a crucial role in an all-female specialized practice that focuses on comprehensive care for conditions affecting the female pelvic floor. The manager will be responsible for supporting patient management, implementing multidisciplinary treatment plans, and ensuring effective communication among the clinical team.

Responsibilities

• Manage patients in a supportive environment and participate in the implementation of treatment plans.
• Identify significant changes in patients' clinical status and communicate them effectively to the treatment team.
• Schedule and coordinate physician visits in accordance with patient needs and treatment plans.
• Collect specimens and health data as prescribed by the physician.
• Conduct individual and group education sessions.
• Document each treatment session in line with established policies.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Candidates must have a background in Gynecology and Urology. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
