Night shift, 12-hour shifts, 3 days per week.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated RN with neuro stepdown experience. Candidates must have NIHSS certification as part of their CV packet to be considered. Strong med/surg nurses with NIHSS, ACLS, and some stepdown experience may also be considered for this role.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care for neuro patients in a stepdown unit.
• Monitor patient status and respond to changes appropriately.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum 2 years of experience in neuro stepdown or med/surg nursing.
• Current NIHSS certification.
• ACLS certification.
• Experience with EPIC required.
• Active nursing license verification through Nursys.
