Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for a MedSurg position. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in medical-surgical nursing, ability to read and interpret telemetry, and familiarity with titratable drips. The nurse will work effectively in a collaborative team environment, contributing to patient care and ensuring optimal staffing levels.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a MedSurg setting.
• Monitor patient vitals and assess patient conditions regularly.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to deliver patient-centered care.
• Read and interpret telemetry strips for monitoring patient conditions.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• BLS certification is required; ACLS certification is preferred.
• Previous experience in a MedSurg unit is necessary.
• RN license must be valid with the ability to float if required.
