Schedule

Shifts are scheduled for 8-hour days, with hours typically from 8 AM to 4 PM. However, leaving times may vary based on the day's assignments.

Job Description

The Mammography Technologist will be responsible for performing screening mammograms using advanced imaging technology. This role primarily involves working in a mobile mammography unit, which may require travel to various sites. The technologist will have a home base and utilize a chase car for daily commutes and overnight stays when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Conduct screening mammograms and ensure high-quality imaging.
• Maintain and operate the Hologic Selenia dimensions equipment.
• Travel to multiple locations for patient screenings using a mobile unit.
• Collaborate with clinical staff and radiologists to facilitate patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Mammography Technologist.
• Current certifications: BLS, ARRT (M), and ARRT (R).
• No IV start requirements.
