Day shift, 5x8-hour schedule from 07:00 to 15:00.

Job Description

The Endoscopy Nurse will work in an outpatient endoscopy center, responsible for both scrubbing and circulating. The role requires handling an average of 15 procedures per day across 2-3 rooms and participation in call rotations. Call responsibilities include approximately three weeknights and one or two weekends every four weeks.

Responsibilities

• Scrub and circulate for endoscopic procedures.
• Utilize Epic for documentation and communication.
• Provide conscious sedation and monitor patients during procedures.
• Assist in medication management and recovery from anesthesia.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, with previous charge experience preferred.
• NJ or Compact license required at the time of submission.
• BLS certification required; ACLS, PALS, and CGRN preferred.
• Proficiency in Epic charting required.
