Night shifts from 7 PM to 7 AM, including every other weekend and holiday.

Job Description

The Labor and Delivery RN will provide direct nursing care for patients in Antepartum, Intrapartum, Surgical (RN circulates), and PACU Recovery. This role requires the ability to handle a dynamic environment and may involve floating to other units as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for laboring patients with a patient ratio of 1-2.
• Assist in surgical procedures within the unit.
• Conduct recovery assessments in PACU.
• Maintain and manage records using EMR (Cerner, GE Centricity).
• Ensure adherence to hospital policies and standards, including dress code.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• 1-2+ years of recent Labor & Delivery experience required.
• Current certifications in BLS, ACLS, NRP, and Basic Arrhythmia Course.
• Willing to consider clinicians with a pending state license.
