Schedule

Day shift is from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with a weekend call rotation of 1 in 6. Call shifts begin Friday at 4:00 PM and end Monday at 7:00 AM, with an additional Saturday shift from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM.

Job Description

An Adult Cardiac Sonographer is needed with some NICU/Pediatric experience preferred but not required. The candidate should be able to perform 6-8 Echocardiograms per shift, including a mix of inpatient and outpatient Echocardiograms, Stress Echocardiograms, TEE, and Dobutamine Stress Echocardiograms. Assignments will vary daily, and all staff will be trained to use Philips Machines (total of 7) as well as Epic and Muse software.

Responsibilities

• Perform Echocardiograms, including inpatient and outpatient procedures.
• Conduct Stress Echocardiograms and TEE as required.
• Utilize Philips Machines and Epic & Muse software for documentation.
• Participate in weekend call rotation and evening call shifts.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current state license for sonography.
• Certification in echocardiography is preferred.
• Experience with NICU/Pediatric patients is a plus.
