Registered Nurse - Operating Room

Schedule

This is a rotating schedule consisting of 3 × 12-hour shifts per week. Call and weekend availability are required, with a response time of 30 minutes. In-house call rooms are provided when needed.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Operating Room team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in various surgical specialties and is comfortable scrubbing for all cases.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and maintenance of a sterile environment.
• Scrub for all surgical cases including General, Ortho, Neuro, Vascular, Trauma, Robotics, and Transplant.
• Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure optimal patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in the Operating Room, with a preference for 3 years.
• At least 1 year of Level 1 Trauma experience within the last 3 years.
• Minimum of 1 year of travel experience within the last 3 years.
• Current RN licensure.
