Job Description

Join a leading healthcare facility known for clinical excellence and nationally recognized patient outcomes. This role is situated within a critical care environment focusing on stepdown cardiac patients, where you will provide intermediate care for individuals with serious health conditions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality care to patients in a stepdown cardiac unit.
• Monitor patients using telemetry and bedside assessments.
• Administer medications, IV infusions, and manage lines as necessary.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Educate patients and families regarding health management and recovery strategies.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a telemetry or cardiac stepdown setting preferred.
• Current RN license to practice in Pennsylvania.
• ACLS, BLS, and NIH certifications required.
