Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to provide care across a range of patient populations from neonates to adults. The successful candidate will demonstrate flexibility in scheduling and be prepared to support various units as patient care needs arise. Experience with neonate/pediatric populations is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive respiratory care to patients of all ages.
• Assist with ventilator management and other respiratory support as needed.
• Support patients in the nursery and Emergency Room when required.
• Utilize EPIC for documentation and medication management with Pyxis systems.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2-3 years of clinical experience as a Respiratory Therapist.
• NRP certification required; experience with neonatal/pediatric populations preferred.
• Current New York state license or proof of application for licensure.
• ACLS and BLS certifications required.
• EPIC experience within the last two years is necessary.
