8-hour day shifts from 6:30 AM to 2:30 PM with every other weekend required.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for our long-term care facility. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care to a range of patient populations including those with MS, orthopedic conditions, dementia, and memory care needs.
• Float to all units within the same building as required.
• Maintain effective communication with healthcare team members and residents' families.
• Adhere to established policies and procedures for nursing care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience.
• Current NY State LPN license.
• BLS certification required.
