Job Description

We are seeking a Med/Surg Telemetry Nurse with a focus on stroke care. The ideal candidate will possess a strong clinical background and demonstrate the ability to provide primary and team nursing within a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent patient care in a Med/Surg setting
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, recognizing and responding to changes
• Assist in developing and implementing patient care plans

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current state nursing license
• ACLS and NIHSS certifications required prior to arrival
• Experience in Med/Surg, telemetry, or stroke care preferred
