Job Description

Join our team at a beautiful brand new facility opened in August of 2025, featuring a total of 96 beds, with plans to expand further. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a newly established acute inpatient hospital focused on behavioral health and psychiatry.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an inpatient setting, ensuring safety and well-being.
• Conduct assessments, develop care plans, and implement treatment strategies.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient care outcomes.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active Pennsylvania nursing license at the time of submission.
• 1 year of recent experience in behavioral health or psychiatric nursing required.
• Psychiatric certification preferred; can be obtained on-site.
