Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for our rehabilitation unit. The LPN will provide exceptional patient care with a focus on improving the functional ability and quality of life for adults in rehabilitation. This role involves collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to evaluate and address the physical, emotional, and psychological components of patient care.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and perform treatments as ordered by physicians.
• Monitor and record patient progress and communicate with the healthcare team.
• Assist patients with daily living activities and rehabilitation exercises.
• Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for patients.
• Collaborate with healthcare staff to enhance patient care strategies.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current LPN license in the State of Missouri.
• BLS (CPR) Certification.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a rehabilitation or medical-surgical setting required.
• CRRN certification preferred.
