Schedule

Day shifts: 4x10-hour schedule with hours from 07:00 to 17:30 on Monday and Thursday, and from 08:00 to 18:30 on Tuesday and Wednesday.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing, planning, and executing individualized treatment plans for patients, including those with COVID-19. The facility is tobacco and fragrance free; therefore, all employees are expected to comply with these policies.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Provide direct patient care and rehabilitation services.
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment as necessary.
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and safety.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist.
• Active PT License in Pennsylvania or a COMPACT state.
• EPIC experience required.
• ACLS certification preferred.
