Night shift from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM with every other weekend requirement.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to provide exceptional patient care in an Acute Inpatient Rehabilitation setting. The ideal candidate should have experience in patient management, particularly in blood glucose monitoring and care management of ports.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in an acute rehab facility.
• Monitor patient vitals and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Administer medications including insulin and blood products.
• Care and management of various feeding devices and intravenous access ports.
• Conduct thorough assessments for pain management and infection risk.
• Educate patients and families on care plans and rehabilitation protocols.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in Pennsylvania or Compact RN License.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in acute inpatient rehabilitation.
• BLS certification required. Flu vaccination is mandatory; medical/religious exemptions only.
• Previous charge experience preferred.
• Familiarity with Epic charting system required.
