CT Technologist – Interventional Radiology

Schedule

This position requires 3 night shifts of 12 hours each, scheduled for Saturday, Sunday, and Monday, totaling 36 hours per week. Call duty is minimal, with a requirement of 3 to 4 hours before or after the shift. Weekend and holiday work is also required, particularly on Memorial Day.

Job Description

As a CT Technologist specializing in Interventional Radiology, you will assist with procedures performed in CT areas by operating the CT scanner during cases. Your primary responsibility will be scanning and managing the CT equipment in collaboration with the radiologist, dedicated IR technologist, and nursing staff present in the scan room. Please note that CT technologists do not perform the IR procedure itself but play a vital role in supporting the team during emergency cases when assigned to the night shift.

Required Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a CT Technologist
• Proficiency with Siemens equipment, including Definition AS+, X.cite, and Go.top
• Certification required
