Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse with strong expertise in cardiac, neuro, thoracic, orthopedic, and vascular specialties. The ideal candidate will be adaptable and possess the ability to float to various units as needed. This position includes responsibilities for care coordination and patient advocacy within a dynamic healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients across multiple specialties.
• Assist in patient assessments, care planning, and implementation of treatment protocols.
• Monitor patient progress and respond to changes in condition.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient care quality.
• Manage on-call responsibilities as required.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Must have strong experience in cardiac, neuro, thoracic, orthopedic, and vascular nursing.
• Valid nursing license in the state of practice.
