Job Description

We are seeking a MedSurg Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic 34-bed unit dedicated to caring for patients with acute medical conditions. The ideal candidate will work night shifts and collaborate with a committed team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care for patients on a MedSurg unit with telemetry.
• Monitor and interpret telemetry readings.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes.
• Provide patient and family education on health management.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years RN experience required.
• WV or compact RN license is mandatory.
• Certifications: BCLS, NIHSS, ACLS required via American Heart Association.
• Experience with telemetry is essential.
