Flexible shifts available: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM and 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM.

Job Description

We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in a long-term care facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing care in skilled nursing or long-term care settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care in a long-term care environment.
• Administer medications and monitor patient progress.
• Collaborate effectively with healthcare teams and families.
• Document patient care and maintain accurate records.

Required Experience

Must have 2 or more years of visible experience as an LPN in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) or long-term care (LTC) setting. Note that CNA experience cannot be counted towards total experience.
