Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for a night position in an acute care setting. The RN will be responsible for the care of patients with various diagnoses including CHF, COPD, and pneumonia among others. The nurse will work collaboratively with a charge RN and nursing aides to ensure high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to a patient ratio of 1:6-7.
• Monitor and manage patient conditions, including titrating heparin based on APTT results.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient care.
• Utilize EPIC for charting and documentation.
• Support patients recovering from various medical conditions, including urosepsis and acute kidney injury.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• BLS (AHA) certification required.
• NIHSS certification required.
• Must possess an unexpired driver's license and disclose any licensing hits at submission.
