Schedule

Night shift from 10:30 PM to 6:30 AM, every other weekend required.

Job Description

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will provide care in a Long Term Care setting, floating to all units within the same building as required. The position includes working with diverse patient populations such as those with MS, orthopedic conditions, dementia, and memory care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care according to established policies and procedures.
• Assist in the daily living activities of residents.
• Provide emotional and physical support to patients and their families.
• Document patient assessments and care provided in the EMR system (PointClick Care).

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1 year of LPN experience required.
• BLS certification is required.
• Current New York state LPN license is required.
