Schedule

Mid 4x10-Hour: 3 PM - 11:30 PM (x2), 11 AM - 11:30 PM (x2) = 40 hours/week with calls 2x per schedule.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Surgical Technologist to join our Operating Room team. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to scrub and circulate in various surgeries, including but not limited to orthopedic, vascular, general, thoracic, and neuro operations. Experience with robotic procedures and ENT surgeries is required. The facility is a LEVEL 2 Trauma Center, and all OR specialties are included except for open heart surgeries.

Responsibilities

• Assist in surgical procedures by preparing instruments and supplies.
• Scrub and circulate during surgeries, ensuring patient safety and adherence to protocols.
• Maintain a sterile field and assist surgical teams with procedures.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• 2 years of current acute care OR experience.
• Active New Jersey or Compact license at the time of submission.
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.
• Must provide a scrub and circulate skills checklist.
