Healthcare Contract Position: Surgical Technologist

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Surgical Technologist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will excel in a fast-paced environment and possess a strong background in surgical procedures, particularly in high-risk PCI, TAVR, hybrid vascular procedures, and interventional radiology.

Responsibilities

• Scrub, monitor, and circulate during surgical procedures
• Assist in the setup and operation of surgical equipment, including the GE C-arm and Mac Lab
• Maintain a sterile environment and adhere to safety protocols
• Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Schedule

This position requires a shift from 06:30 to 17:00, Monday through Thursday, with on-call responsibilities of 1-2 days per week and every third weekend on average.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Valid certification as a Surgical Technologist
• Experience in high-risk PCI, TAVR, and hybrid vascular procedures
• Proficiency in operating surgical equipment, including C-arms
