Job Description

The Registered Nurse (RN) position provides optimal patient care through the nursing process, demonstrating accountability for individualized patient outcomes. This role involves comprehensive nursing services for a diverse patient population, including pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients and their families. The RN is expected to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care, while coordinating with other professionals to ensure high-quality patient services.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive assessments of patients.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust care plans accordingly.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Must hold a valid Nevada State RN license prior to start.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a Trauma OR setting.
