CT Technologist - Night Shift

Location

Position available in a health facility located outside 50 miles from the residence.

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Full-time Monday to Friday, 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM, including holidays as they fall on the scheduled shift.

Job Description

The CT Technologist will perform a variety of imaging studies for both adult and pediatric patients, excluding interventional radiology which is restricted to adults only. The role involves accurately positioning patients, operating CT equipment, and ensuring patient safety during procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT scans and other imaging studies as directed.
• Prepare and position patients for imaging procedures.
• Maintain equipment and ensure cleanliness of the imaging area.
• Assist radiologists with the interpretation of results.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain patient confidentiality.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• BLS Certification (AHA accredited) is mandatory.
• ARRT Certification as a Certified CT Technologist (CT preferred).
• West Virginia License is required.
• Experience with EMR systems, specifically EPIC, is preferred.
