Physical Therapist (Outpatient)

Schedule

Day 5x8-Hour shift from 08:00 AM to 04:30 PM, with no weekend requirements.

Job Description

The Physical Therapist will provide outpatient rehabilitation services focusing on effective treatment plans and positive patient outcomes. The therapist may be required to float between units or sister facilities as needed.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients in accordance with established treatment protocols.
• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes using the Epic charting system.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient care.
• Maintain professional standards and comply with rehabilitation protocols.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist.
• Must hold a valid South Carolina or Multi State Compact Physical Therapist License.
• Current BLS certification is required.
• Travel experience is preferred.
