5x8-hour shifts (06:45 - 15:15) with some weeknight and weekend on-call duties.

Job Description

Seeking an experienced Operating Room RN with a focus on Women and Children in a pediatric setting. The ideal candidate will have scrub and circulate experience, specifically in pediatric general OR, and a background that includes travel nursing.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in the operating room for pediatric patients ranging from newborns to 17 years old.
• Assist in scrub and circulating duties for surgical procedures.
• Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure safe and effective patient care.
• Participate in on-call rotation as required, with a flexible self-scheduling system.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of RN experience, with at least 2 years in an operating room setting.
• Travel experience is required; first-time travelers will not be accepted.
• Current BLS certification required.
• Must have experience working in a pediatric setting and preferably with robotic surgical systems.
• WV RN license required (pending application is acceptable).
• Compliance with flu vaccination policy, unless a medical exemption is documented.
