Schedule

This position requires a flexible schedule of 36-40 hours per week. Workdays will be split between two facilities, with 3 days at one facility and 2 days at another, including 1 weekend day.

Job Description

The Physical Therapist will provide inpatient acute care services, focusing on rehabilitation and recovery for patients. The role involves assessing patient needs, developing treatment plans, and implementing therapy interventions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments and evaluations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to promote recovery.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient care.
• Document patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Candidates must possess the appropriate licensure and certifications to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state.
