Shift: 07:00-19:00 with every other weekend and as needed call requirements.

Job Description

We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Labor & Delivery team. The role involves providing personalized care to expectant mothers before, during, and after childbirth, ensuring the highest standards of patient safety and comfort.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess patient conditions and fetal health during labor.
• Administer medications and interventions as prescribed.
• Assist with delivery and postpartum care for new mothers and infants.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care.
• Educate patients and families on birthing plans and post-delivery care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1 year of OB experience required.
• Charge experience preferred.
• Required certifications: ACLS, AWHONN, BLS, HWC, NRP, PALS.
• Must possess a valid nursing license to practice in Kentucky.
