Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) with a minimum of 2 years of experience. The ideal candidate must possess extensive knowledge in OASIS and have experience with wound care and VAC therapy.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients in their homes
• Conduct patient assessments and develop care plans
• Implement and evaluate nursing interventions
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation according to OASIS guidelines
• Educate patients and their families on health management

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Registered Nurse (RN) with current state licensure
• Minimum of 2 years of home health experience
• Experience with OASIS is mandatory
• Wound care and VAC therapy experience preferred
