7:00 PM - 7:30 AM, with rotating weekends.

Job Description

The Registered Nurse (RN) in the ICU will provide high-quality patient care across critical care settings. You will be part of a dedicated team that focuses on exceptional clinical outcomes and patient experiences. The role demands a positive and caring attitude, reflecting the hospital's commitment to its patients.

Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate and comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients.
• Monitor patient conditions and administer medications as prescribed.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal care delivery.
• Perform critical care procedures and maintain equipment standards.
• Educate patients and families about health management and recovery.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active Texas RN License (Temp Licenses are not accepted).
• Minimum of 2 years of ICU experience.
• ACLS and BLS certifications are required.
• NIHSS certification required.
• Experience with vasopressors is preferred.
• Familiarity with Meditech system is a plus.
