Job Description

Join our team as a Registered Nurse in the Med/Surg/Telemetry unit. You will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients in a fast-paced environment. The unit features 22 beds with a supportive staff and an emphasis on patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for 4-6 patients at a time
• Perform standard nursing skills including IV insertions, urinary catheter insertion and maintenance, and central line maintenance
• Administer medications and maintain accurate documentation in the EHR
• Communicate effectively with all members of the care team
• Monitor and interpret EKG readings

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Registered Nurse (RN) license
• 1+ years of acute med/surg/tele experience within the last year
• Ability to care for patients in a telemetry setting
