Job Description

We are seeking experienced Critical Care Nurses to provide exceptional care in a high-acuity environment. The position is specifically for nurses capable of Rapid Response ECMO, LVAD, and Cath lab recovery. Experience in CVICU or the E4 (4-heart step-down/progressive care) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to critical patients in CVICU.
• Monitor and manage patients with advanced equipment and technologies.
• Assist in procedures performed on the unit such as central line insertion, cardioversion, and pericardiocentesis.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• ICU experience required.
• Titration of vesicant medications.
• Familiarity with pressors, sedation, paralytics, and vents.
• Telemetry interpretation and understanding of hemodynamics.
• Advanced skills with IABP, Impella, and CRRT are appreciated.
• Certifications such as CCRN are recommended.
