Day shifts, 3x12-hour rotations from 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Surgical Trauma Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate will be responsible for working a flexible schedule including weekend nights and holiday calls.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care for patients in the surgical trauma unit.
• Monitor patient conditions and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
• Float to GI unit or Center One Surgery Center as needed.
• Comply with hospital policies and procedures.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• 3 years of nursing experience, preferably in Level I Trauma.
• Experience with liver and kidney issues.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
• Certifications: BLS, NBSTSA or NCCT.
• Experience with Cerner charting system.
• Charge experience and travel experience preferred.
