Day 3x12-Hour (07:00 - 19:30) and Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:30) with rotation as necessary.

Job Description

The Med/Surg Tele RN will provide patient care in a dynamic Medical/Surgical Telemetry environment. Responsibilities will include monitoring patients, administering medications, and collaborating with a healthcare team to provide optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patient progress and report changes in condition.
• Provide education to patients and families.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 18 months of recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience.
• Must have 18 months of permanent experience in the specialty prior to travel assignments.
• Valid Ohio nursing license or Compact State License required.
• BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required.
• ECG rhythm recognition and SafeMedicate assessments must be passed during orientation.
