Job Description

The Rehabilitation teams evaluate and treat patients with injuries or conditions affecting physical mobility and functional independence. Services include acute and swing bed rehab, as well as a variety of outpatient services such as sports and orthopedic rehab, pediatric rehab, neurological and stroke rehab, balance and dizziness rehab, wheelchair seating, and neck, back, and extremity care.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients to restore mobility and independence.
• Implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to enhance patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current unencumbered Oregon Physical Therapy license required.
• Healthcare Provider Level BLS required.
• Ability to travel to multiple points of care.
