Job Description

The Registered Nurse in Acute Care Services will provide quality healthcare to patients across a variety of age groups, including pediatric, adult, and geriatric populations. The nurse will work with a focus on medicine, surgery, telemetry, and pediatrics within an acute care setting.

Responsibilities

• Manage patient care and assess individual patient needs.
• Administer medications and create patient care plans.
• Monitor patient vital signs and record relevant information.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes.
• Provide education to patients and their families regarding health management.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• 1+ years of clinical nursing experience required.
• Current ACLS and PALS certifications are required (must be obtained within 60 and 90 days after start date, respectively).
• Must possess a valid nursing license in the state of Nevada.
