Job Description

We are seeking a PRN NICU Night Registered Nurse with Level 3 Trauma Center experience. The ideal candidate will have a passion for neonatal care and the ability to operate in a high-acuity environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and individualized nursing care to neonatal patients.
• Monitor and assess patient health conditions.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Willingly float to the Nursery or any unit within like scope as needed.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 3 years of NICU experience required.
• Must possess a valid New Jersey or Compact nursing license at the point of submission.
• BLS and NRP certifications required at the point of submission.
• Must work at least one shift every 3 months to remain active.
