MRI Technologist Position

Schedule

Shift: Saturday and Sunday 6:30 AM - 7:00 PM, Monday 11:00 AM - 11:30 PM

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced MRI Technologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will work in a Level 1 trauma hospital and be responsible for performing MRI scans utilizing Siemens and Philips equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform MRI scans on patients following protocols and safety procedures.
• Maintain and calibrate MRI equipment as needed.
• Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to provide quality patient care.
• Effectively communicate with patients to explain procedures and alleviate concerns.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Level 1 trauma hospital.
• ARRT(MR) or ARMRIT certification required.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association required.
• Preferred: Experience with Siemens 1.5T or 3T (Aera/Sola/Skyra/Vida) and Philips MRI systems.
