Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) - 13 Week Contract

Schedule

8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. On-call rotation includes approximately 5 nights per month, primarily during weekends and some weeknights.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality care for patients across Berkeley, Jefferson, and Morgan Counties. The RN will be responsible for conducting home health visits, performing general assessments, and providing education on medication management and disease processes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine home health assessments for patients.
• Educate patients and caregivers on health management, medications, and post-discharge care.
• Provide skilled nursing services, including wound care and IV therapy.
• Monitor and document changes in patient health status.
• Respond to on-call requests and provide necessary interventions after hours.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current WV nursing license required.
• BLS certification (AHA) required.
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in home health or related field preferred.
